At BEACON HR & IR CONSULTANTS (BHC), we put integrity first and safeguarding the candidates during their job search process is our top priority. Some candidates may accidentally fall victim to imposters and job scams.
We do not charge any fee / money at any stage of its recruitment process from the candidate. We do not allow our employees to collect any fees from any candidates.
The standard recruitment process includes a formal email from BEACON HR & IR CONSULTANTS (BHC) email ID, phone communications or face-to-face / virtual meeting to understand personal & career expectations of the candidates and match it with the needs of the employers & negotiate salary and benefits.
Beacon HR & IR Consultants (BEACON HR & IR CONSULTANTS (BHC) will not be liable or responsible for any activity of such fake recruiters or their false promise for jobs nor for any loss or damage incurred by such candidates who intend to use their services, which they do so at their own risk and costs.
